2011 W2s Have Been Mailed:
We mailed 75,000+ W2s out this year. All W2s were mailed by the January 31 deadline. However if you need to request a re-print you can process on on the www.eprintview.com website

For those who have never logged in to retrieved a W2 using eprintview, their default information as follows.

• Login ID is their employee ID.
• Password default is the first two letters of their last name capitalized and the last six digits of their SSN (example CA123456).
• Pin is 1931 for all employees.

If you have previously use the eprintview site : for the 2011 W2's we did not reset all the passwords to a default. Therefore if an employee retrieved a reprint of their W2 using eprintview last year, they will need to follow the forgot password link and answer the security questions or input their e-mail address to have that password reset. As a reminder the Login ID is their employee ID.

Forklift Certification
OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.178 requires employers to ensure that lift truck operators within their facility are competent to operate a powered industrial truck by having them successfully complete specific training and evaluation. Order Selector Certification

Pay card Information
At ProLogistix, we pay our temporary employees each week through a ComData Pay card. Branded with the MasterCard logo, this pay card functions as a debit card and can be used at thousands of ATMs, retailers, and banks throughout the country.

Withdrawing the money directly from the card at a 24/7 ATM or with a bank teller adds convenience and allows our employees to be free of check-cashing fees. Our employees may also choose to have their pay direct deposited from the card to their bank account.
